We try our best to use reused packaging as the default if the size permits. 

Shipping

 What is the shipping fee? Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for delivery locations in Singapore for orders S$60.00 and above. For orders below S$60, shipping fee is S$4.50 with the exception of gift sets and posters (these have free courier service included in their prices).

We do offer normal mail via Singpost (not tracked) at S$1.55 for selected items such as Theraputty, Peg Dolls, PETA UK Scissors, From Jennifer coins only, Sarah's Silks and books (max 3 books). 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only serve customers from Singapore. If you are interested in international shipping, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to facilitate your order.

What are the various modes of delivery and how long will it take? 

We work with several local couriers in order to find the best value in terms of cost and expediency. In general, we use Expedited shipping options, which means you can expect local orders to be delivered within 3-5 working days from the time of order confirmation. 

Exchanges

Product exchange is only available for incorrect products delivered or defective products. We do allow size exchange for shoes. Simply contact us within 7 days upon receiving your package  through the email provided in the order confirmation or through the form here, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
